A GROUP OF COALPORT SHANKED TEA WARE, JOHN ROSE & CO, 1796-C1800 teapot, cover and stand 17cm h, pattern No 30 (slop basin) or unmarked (11)An assembled spiral fluted service including all the shapes (except the sucrier) with various gilt patterns and an enamel basin numbered 30. Pattern numbers are very rarely found on John Rose wares prior to c1810. Pattern 30 has also been seen in purple enamel.
