TWO RARE SNOW LEOPARD SKIN RUGS, EARLY 20TH C later scalloped edge, felt backing, 219 & 234cm l (excluding selvedge)Provenance: H H Maharaja Sir Ganga Singh, GCSI, GCIE, GCVO of Bikaner, India (1880-1943) by whom presented to the grandmother of the present vendor in the 1920s. The rugs are shown in a photograph taken in the drawing room of her villa in the South of France in 1936.
